In a few months, I have progressed from a novice jumper to being able to do cross-overs, double-unders and all sorts of other things (with a cheap $6 plastic speed rope). My speed and endurance have both improved a lot. Assuming you are interested in jumping rope to begin with, this book can help you. The author does two things right: he arranges the training in a progressive order and phrases the instructions correctly so you can actually relate them to body movements. ...more
